Thistle Oil

Also known as Safflower Oil, a member of the thistle family, cold pressed from the seeds and is a very thin dry oil so easily absorbed by the skin because of its high level of linoleic acid. An excellent source of 3 and 6 essential fatty acids, known as vitamin F. Native to the Mediterranean area but also now produced in USA, Australia, China, India and certain parts of Africa. A nourishing oil for the body and skin, and perfect for reducing the size of large pores and particularly good for sensitive and thin skin and oily and acne prone complexions. This oil works well in blends for mature skin and scars that itch.
